Gheibhear fiosrachadh air an làrach-lìn seo mu gach rud Gàidhlig ann an Loch Abair agus bidh an làrach a' sior fhàs thar na mìosan a tha romhainn. 

Clàraich airson ar cuairt-litir agus gheibh thu fiosrachadh tron phost-d.

'S e Com-pairteachas Leasachaidh a th' ann an Iomairt Ghàidhlig Loch Abair.  Tha e a' toirt cumhachd dhan choimhearsnachd airson leasachadh na Gàidhlig le taic 's stiùireadh bho Chomunn na Gàidhlig. 

Chaidh Iomairt Ghàidhlig Loch Abair a chur air bhog 30 Giblean.  Tha aon Oifigear Iomairt aig a' bhuidheann agus buidseat airson proiseactan sgìreil.

New officer for Iomairt Ghàidhlig Loch Abair

Rhona Dougal has started as the new officer for Iomairt Ghàidhlig Loch Abair.  Rhona will be working part-time through out the area and based at Camaghael Hostel.

Here you can access information on all things Gaelic in Lochaber and the site will continute to grow over the coming months.

Iomairt Ghàidhlig Loch Abair is a community partnership with membership from those interested in Gaelic.  It gives the community the power to make decisions about Gaelic activity and support is provided by Comunn na Gàidhlig.   

Iomairt Ghàidhlig Loch Abair was formally launched on the 30th of April 2009.  Currently there is one part time officer and small budget for projects. 

The Gaelic priorities for Lochaber:

  • Gaelic Medium Education
  • Youth
  • Training and building capacity
  • Gaelic in the home and parents
  • A dedicated Gaelic Primary School for Fort Wiliam
